distinct responsibilities and legal standings:
a. www.homelyyours.ae is
a website (the “Website”) and an online platform connecting people
with information related to real estate and mortgage market. Homelyyours.ae and
our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the "Company"
or "www.homelyyours.ae") provide you with access to a variety of
services, including but not limited to the Homelyyours.ae website (the
"Website") and all the products and services available through our website
(collectively the "Services"). This website is owned by Homelyyours
Portal (License No 995756) incorporated under the laws of Dubai with the Dubai
Economic Department (DED)
b. Homely Yours Real Estate LLC S.O.C, a company registered
with the Dubai Economic Department (DED) under trade license number 1512124 and
holding a Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) License number 51630. Homely
Yours Real Estate LLC S.O.C is solely responsible for conducting all real
estate-related activities as permitted under its licensing.
Hereinafter, the terms “Homelyyours Portal” and “Homely
Yours Real Estate LLC S.O.C” may be collectively referred to as “Homely Yours” within this document, recognizing the distinction in their respective
roles and functions.
1. TERMS
1.1 In these terms and conditions for users ("Terms of
Use") the terms "we", "our", "us" means
homelyyours.ae and its subsidiaries, employees, officers, agents, affiliates,
or assigned parties.
